In accordance with Human Rights Council resolution 13/15, the Open-ended Working Group on the draft United Nations declaration on human rights education and training, meeting in Geneva from 10 to 14 January 2011, negotiated and finalized the draft declaration, which is available in document A/HRC/WG.9/1/2. The report of the Open- ended Working Group is available in document A/HRC/WG.9/1/3.
