Note by the secretariat

1. The secretariat informs the Human Rights Council by the present note that the

international workshop on enhancing cooperation between United Nations and regional

mechanisms for the promotion and protection of human rights has been postponed to 12 to

14 December 2012.

2. In the light of the above, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for

Human Rights will submit a report on the workshop to the Human Rights Council at its

twenty-third session.
