Summary of discussions of the Forum on Business and Human Rights

In accordance with Human Rights Council resolution 17/4, the Forum on Business and Human Rights was held in Geneva from 2 to 4 December 2013. The Forum was chaired by Makarim Wibisono, and held under the guidance of the Working Group on the issue of human rights and transnational corporations and other business enterprises. The Chairperson of the Forum prepared a summary of the discussions of the Forum (A/HRC/FBHR/2013/4). The Working Group reflected on the proceedings of the Forum and made recommendations thereon addressed to States, business enterprises and other stakeholders in its report to the Human Rights Council (A/HRC/26/25).
