Note by the Secretariat

In accordance with Human Rights Council resolutions 17/4 and 26/22, the third

annual Forum on Business and Human Rights was held in Geneva from 1 to 3 December

2014. The Forum was chaired by Mo Ibrahim, and held under the guidance of the Working

Group on the issue of human rights and transnational corporations and other business

enterprises. The Chair of the Forum prepared a summary of the discussions of the Forum

(A/HRC/FBHR/2014/3).
