5. Encourages the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and
relevant international human rights mechanisms to continue, within their respective
mandates and through the appropriate established channels with the Commission on
Narcotic Drugs, their contribution to addressing the human rights implications of the world
drug problem;
