Report of the Working Group on the Right to Development

Note by the Secretariat

The report of the Working Group on the Right to Development on its ninth session, which was to be submitted, pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 4/4, to the Council at its eighth session, will be submitted at a later session, owing to the postponement of the session of the Working Group, which was scheduled to be held from 25 to 29 February 2008. The session of the Working Group will be rescheduled for a later date in 2008.
