At its 35th meeting, on 29 November 2006, the Human Rights Council decided, without a vote, to take note of the deferral of the following draft proposals:

To the third session of the Human Rights Council:

- A/HRC/2/L.13 entitled “Human rights situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory:

follow-up on the Human Rights Council resolution S-1/1”;

- A/HRC/2/L.27/Rev.2 entitled “Global efforts for the total elimination of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and the comprehensive implementation of and follow-up to the Durban Declaration and Program of Action”; and
