31/116. Commencement of the third cycle of the universal periodic

review

At its 63rd meeting, on 23 March 2016, the Human Rights Council decided that the

third cycle of the universal periodic review shall commence in April/May 2017, once the

outcome documents of the last States considered during the second cycle have been adopted

by the Council at its thirty-fourth session.
