At its 9th meeting, on 18 June 2007, the Human Rights Council decided, without a vote, to agree on the text introduced by the President entitled “United Nations Human Rights Council: institution-building” (A/HRC/5/L.2) considered jointly with the draft code of conduct for special procedures mandate-holders of the Human Rights Council (A/HRC/5/L.3/Rev.1).1
